Eastwind USSD Navigator

Advantages of USSD technology are put in the solution Eastwind USSD Navigator. On its basis the Operator can create the full interactive user portal using which subscribers will receive the most convenient method of management of services and a profile and also access to the necessary information and entertainments.

The operator will be able to increase sales of additional services and paid content, including at the expense of the new channel – adding of the interactive menu with the choice of services or content in response USSD messages with accounting of rotation and targeting and also to optimize expenses due to decrease in load of voice channels of service of subscribers and use of the Sigtran protocol for interface to a switching equipment.

Eastwind USSD Navigator has the user-friendly graphical interface – the editor who allows the operator to optimize work with a menu tree, to manage the scheme of call processing and logic of the provided services.

Based on USSD Navigator additional functional options are implemented:

• TOP menu of the subscriber. This option allows to create and add to the root menu the additional point "Top Menu of the Subscriber" ("Popular") automatically. Upon transition on this point the list of the services which are most often used by it is issued to the subscriber (on the basis of statistics for the last 30 days).

• USSD tails taking into account rotation and targeting. Distinctive advantages of service are support of an option of interactive "tails" and expanded targeting for mailings on the basis of maintaining and setup of profiles of subscribers. The option of interactive "tails" allows to place in response USSD the message the advertizing text, information from the operator and also the interactive USSD menu. The expanded targenting on subscribers includes the following categories: gender and age, a tariff plan, regional accessory, location of the subscriber, a status of the personal account, the used phone model, the connected services, the history of the previous purchases and others. Examples of use: advertizing embedding (including personalized) in the text of the message from service, adding to the message from service of the interactive USSD menu.
