Biography

In 1985, Grigory graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

In 1988 he defended his thesis.

In 1999 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Mathematical modeling of electronic processes in field and bipolar transistors based on A3B5 compounds," specializing in 05.27.01 - solid-state electronics and microelectronics.

Since 1988, he worked as a senior and leading researcher at the Physics and Technology Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He led a number of projects for the development of software products on orders from Motorola.

From 1993 to 1996 he taught at Aizu-Wakamatasu University, Japan.

From 2004 to 2007 he worked as a part-time professor at MIREA.

He worked as a developer of CAD tools at Synopsys.

He worked as a developer of CAD tools at Cadence Design Systems.

Since 2009, he has been working at MIET, at the Department of PKIMS as a professor.

On May 25, 2015, Grigory Yuryevich Khrenov works as the technical director of Baikal Electronics.
