Implementation "Parus the Budget 8" in Administration of Lovozersky district of Murmansk region

Till February, 2015 District finance division of administration of Lovozersky district of Murmansk region for automation of financial and economic activities used the software product "PARUS Budget 7.

The task to execute transfer of the existing automated system of financial business activities to more powerful, ergonomic and failsafe software "Parus Budget 8 SE" was set for specialists of IT Consulting LLC (the group "IT Polyus").

Project Tasks:

• quality improvement and efficiency of works on compensation calculation;
• decrease in labor and time expenditure on processing of primary documents;
• performance improvement of work of staff of financial and economic department in the field of settlings with personnel of compensation;
• data storage reliability augmentation;
• exception of duplication of storage and data entry;
• optimization of management of user rights on protection against unauthorized access;
• existence of the system allowing to keep account according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Project Description

This project studied in standard methodology, all stages were observed. By specialists "IT Polyusa" it was carried out it is information – technology examination, converting of data (standard means and means the developed our specialists), installation of the PARUS Budget of 8SE software product on the server and client places, provide training of specialists at places within which instructions for work with a system were transferred to specialists of District finance division of administration of Lovozersky district. Specialists "IT Polyusa" finished printed forms of transaction journals, printed form of the request for a kosovy expense and printed form of not unified report "A card of settlings with one debtor the creditor" within the Adaptation stage is implemented.

Project Results

As a result of project completion on implementation of software "PARUS Budget 8 SE" in District finance division of administration of Lovozersky district 2 jobs are automated.

Calculation with personnel for compensation in real time is performed by charge and transfer to the employees. Specialists of District finance division of administration of Lovozersky district receive the regulated and any reporting by means of software "PARUS Budget 8 SE". Implementation of a circuit "Payroll" is made in June, 2014, and since February, 2015 implementation section of operational accounting is implemented.

Now the automated system of financial and economic activities is on maintenance within the subscriber agreement.
