Oldi (group) (1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS)

Tasks projects:

• Monitoring of vehicles and control of observance of delivery routes;
• Integration of a system with the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF configuration;
• Planning of optimal delivery routes and identification of violations of the diagram of execution of routes.

Project Steps:

• Forces of AYTOB company made installation and setup of the GLONASS/GPS trackers for the customer's cars.
• System "1C: The center satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS" it was integrated into the active version "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF".
• For implementation of all tasks of OLDI company specialists of AYTOB carried out adaptation of the software product "under the customer":

1. completion of the reference book "Destination points" - implementation of a possibility of a geobinding of the address,

2. integration of the module "Plan fact" for automation of function of a binding of the fact of visit of the address in the waybill with calculation of the actual distance between the addresses,

3. user training to work with the program.

Project Effect:

As a result of implementation of 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center the transport division of the customer increased efficiency, planning of the goods delivery accelerated. Thanks to control of observance of routes the number of violations of delivery schedules decreased.
