Regional Development Bank implemented the Directum system

June 03, 2015. The Directum company reported^[1] about implementation of the Directum systems in Regional Development Bank.

The bank works hard years in the Directum system. At the moment in a system rather large number of processes is implemented, and at the same time can work up to 240 users taking into account the purchased licenses, and is registered more.

In addition to the basic modules "Management of Electronic Documents" and "Management of Business Processes", ispolzuyutya additional components Office, Contract management, Management of Meetings. Independently developed solutions for review of bank guarantees and invoices for payment.

One more development is so-called "questionnaires" for needs of department of information security. They were created for assessment of knowledge of employees after acquaintance with instructions, methodical materials. After a while the similar form of assessment was adopted by other divisions.

Sergey Menshikov: A significant amount of time was required on the translation of documents in an electronic form, in other words, on filling of base. But gradually passed processes into Directum, and in many paper document flow disappeared as such. And when we began to work in a system, of course, at once noticed as far as terms of approval of documents were reduced, cases of losses of documents are almost excluded.
