2024: Former First Deputy Chairman Vyacheslav Potapov sentenced to 7.5 years for asset divestment
In September 2024, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow sentenced Vyacheslav Potapov, former first deputy chairman of the board of the Regional Development Bank, to 7 years and 6 months in prison for misappropriating bank assets worth more than ₽2 billion. 2015: License Revocation
In November 2015, the Central Bank of Russia decided to revoke licenses from four Moscow banks - Russian Slavic Bank, Regional Development Bank, Regional Savings Bank and Mezhregionbank.
