1C-Rarus automated accounting and tax accounting in "CC Sakhatranslogistik"

June 04, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on automation of accounting and tax accounting in "CC Sakhatranslogistik" using the product "1C: Accounting 8".

Based on the program the effective control system of financial performance of activity of the company is created. Using the solution regular monitoring of legislative updates is conducted that allows to use relevant forms of the regulated reporting always.

Choosing a Solution

Sakhatranslogistik" 1C-Rarus helped to automate processes of work with finance "CC. Together with IT specialists the popular solution "1C: Accounting 8" was selected. Work with the program was organized for five users. A new system displays operational information on the main aspects of activity of the company. The solution helps to plan loading of accounting service of the company. A system reminds of important events and submission due dates of reporting documents. Calculation of the PIT and taxes (contributions) in the program is executed automatically. It is enough to specify the amount of monthly charge to workers. Automatically data for transfer to IFTS and tax statements form.

Result

"1C: Accounting 8" simplified tasks of closing of month. The assistant included in the program defines necessary procedural close operations of month, controls the sequence of accomplishment, reveals accounting errors which do not allow to execute completion of the procedure, creates references calculations on the executed transactions and the report on the transaction accomplishment course. A system allowed the management "CC Sakhatranslogistik" to monitor dynamics of changes and to make the weighed management decisions relying on objective indicators representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
