Biography

In 1999 Andrey Kozlyar graduated from London South Bank University.

From 2004 to 2007 studied in University of Westminster.

From 2000 to 2004 worked as the deputy manager of department of risk management in Cetelem UK.

From 2004 to 2006 worked as the chief of the department risks in Renaissance Capital Bank Russia & Ukraine.

In 2006 and for 2008 worked as the chief of the department risks in GE Money Bank Russia.

From 2008 to 2009 also the risk management in partnership worked with Boston Consulting Group as the vice president for business strategy.

From 2009 to 2013 Andrey worked as the director of retail risk management in Svyaznoy Bank.

In 2011 and for 2014 worked as the nonexecutive director, the board member of VisualDNA company

Since 2013 began to work as CEO Touch Bank.

2017: Leaving Touch Bank

In 2017 Touch Bank which specializes in customer service online increased a loss by 25% up to 1.6 billion rubles, follows from the reporting of group on IFRS (calculations at the rate of forint for December 31).

Losses of Touch Bank are sustained by the third year in a row, follows from the reporting of group: in 2015 and 2016 the bank lost 1.2 billion rubles. Results of Touch Bank did not meet expectations of a directed number of clients, turnovers and income, it was told in the reporting of group for 2017. The new management constantly works to reach target indicators of profitability, it is specified there. The bank at the end of 2017 was left by the project manager Andrey Kozlyar^[1].
