1C-Rarus implemented the program "the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts" in Sever Avto Motors

June 08, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced system implementation "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" in car showroom "Sever Avto Motors". The BOZON integrator - the partner 1C-Rarus helped to integrate management of full range of services of the company. The system created based on "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts", covered all cycle of works on sales and service of cars and helped to replace work of three managers.

Choosing a Solution

Sever Avto Motors looked for the flexible information system capable to cover all cycle of works of a motor show. Making a start from these requirements and also having studied withdrawals of the large companies of a car business, the official dealer of HAVAL stopped the choice on the program "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts". Automation was executed by BOZON integrator.

Project Progress

Based on a system work of the following divisions of the company was built:

• Body workshop;
• Maintenance point;
• Tire hotel;
• Motor show;
• Department spare parts and warehouse;
• Painting production;
• Accounting;
• Personnel department.

Specialists organized work with the program in 8 workplaces. The regular functionality of the solution during the project was complemented with following features: the time recording, accounting of customer relations, the Audateks interface intended for data exchange with the AudaPadWEB program and Softphone - for effective processing of telephone customer appeals.

Result

As a result the solution of all tasks is integrated in a single system. The functionality of the program satisfied requests of all departments of the dealer center and saved from need to purchase other specialized products.

Estimating the had opportunities, the staff of car showroom notes advantages of the powerful analytical module which is built in the program: "In a new system it is possible to construct practically any report, to set any selection criteria, to output the diagram, to make the pivot table. We just once configured the necessary form, and now with the set frequency the report automatically forms and goes to management mail".

A system helped Sever Avto Motors not to employ at least three more managers. Their duties are executed by an information system. Blocks of pricing, auto parts, information mailings to clients and integration with the website allow to perform quickly drawing of accounts, control of stock remainders, calculation of discounts for the accumulative map, the notification of clients about receipt of parts on a warehouse, the publication of responses, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

During the project specialists solved all assigned tasks and continue to surprise us with innovations about which existence we could not even assume".
