June 10, 2015. The company "1C-Rarus" announced implementation of two products for conducting financial and personnel records of century JSC Aero-Sheremetyevo. The basis of a system was formed by programs "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". A system helped to solve problems of accounting service and provided information support at human resource management.
Choosing a Solution
The company asked in 1C-Rarus for the help in the choice of an optimal solution for automation of payroll accounting and accounting transactions. Two domestic products - "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" helped to provide complex approach in the solution of assigned tasks at once. As the partner in implementation of this project 1C-Rarus also acted.
Project Progress
Automation covered two fundamental sections of activity of any company and helped to establish on them effective work and cooperation of employees.
"1C: Accounting 8" helped to organize work of employees. In the past there were many labor-consuming calculations which accomplishment is conducted in the program now. In all most important forms of the reporting an automatic inspection of correctness of filling is carried out. The solution keeps track of compliance of a form of the reporting to reporting period. Based on the executed transactions the detailed report with a possibility of tracking of all results of work forms. The new functionality considerably facilitated tasks of preparation of the regulated reporting. A system helps to plan work on delivery of documents and payment of taxes, reminds of the most important events.
"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" became the reliable and functional assistant to HR specialists. The solution automated processes of settlings with employees - from input of documents on the actual development, payment of sick-lists and holidays before formation of documents for salary payment and reportings in the state regulatory authorities. The program gives information support throughout personnel recruitment, promotes quality improvement of this process.
Analytical reports allowed the management of AERO-Sheremetyevo to estimate quickly financial performance of activity of the company and to perform important staff movements, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
