Biography
Stepan Lysenko was born on May 26, 1980.
In 2002, he graduated with honors from Taraz State University with a degree in Standardization and Certification of Industrial Goods and Services.
He began his career at the Dzerzhinsky Aerogeodetic Center as an engineer.
Since 2004, he worked at the Research Enterprise of General Engineering as the head of the quality management bureau.
Since 2005, he has held various positions at Rostelecom, including since 2013, the position of deputy director of the macro-regional branch of the Center - director for organizational development and personnel management and from the beginning of 2015 until joining the TTC - the position of deputy general director for organizational development and personnel management at RT Labs.
In August 2015, TTC announced the appointment of Stepan Lysenko to the post of head of the personnel management department. The responsibility of the department includes the selection of new employees and the formation of a personnel reserve, the organization of corporate training and measures to develop and increase personnel efficiency, the development and implementation of motivation systems and corporate culture management, as well as personnel records management.
Since June 2016, he served as deputy head of the Directorate of Railway Stations for Personnel Management at Russian Railways.
In November 2017, he returned to RT Labs.
