Semyonova Elena is the vice president for personnel management of NVision Group.

Biography

Elena was born in the Sumy region.

Studied at school No. 24, afterwards at school No. 1276 of the city of Moscow.

In 1991 graduated from the Simferopol state university of V.I. Vernadsky.

In 1997 completed training in the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (RAGS).

From 2008 to 2011 worked in ROSNO insurance company.

In 2011 passed to a position of the deputy CEO for questions of personnel management into Informzashita Group.

Since 2014 Elena worked in Gaztechleasing company responsible for personnel management and organizational development.

Since July 1, 2015 it is appointed to the position of the vice president of NVision Group for personnel management.

"My main task – to support the best specialists of NVision Group, to save and expand competences on which development of the perspective directions of business and provision of the company in the market depends. In a new position I am going to construct effective management team, to implement modern techniques of work with personnel and to strengthen the system of internal communications", – Elena Semyonova emphasized.
