Changes and improvements concerned service entirely and also completion of the program for Windows 10 is made and new features in the version for Mac are added.

About 10 new features were added by developers of virtual office SOCOCO in the version of the program. So, when the new user for the first time comes into the space, the program automatically brings it into the Center of support SOCOCO that specialists of this service could help, give consultation any minute and answer questions of the beginner.

Also the new button – Support Button which gives the chance to address to customer service in one click is added to the menu of the main space of users. The Invite button allowing to invite in a space of the colleagues – new users is added to the same menu.

The Home button is upgraded (Home) – using it users can return a one click from a space of customer service to the or guest space.

In the version of the program for Mas the feature to ring a call is added, clicking a door of the room and asking permissions to enter. Function of automatic correction of a sound in the microphone is added to the version for MacBook Air if existence of an echo is identified.

Web version of SOCOCO Rocket Shorts

Virtual offices SOCOCO will become even more available and convenient for users – for the first time the complete functionality of service can be received without downloading and installation of the special software, and just by means of the browser. The web version of SOCOCO with the code name Rocket Shorts will be presented in the fall of 2015.
