"April Software" implemented a complex of solutions in Vachsky central district hospital

In 2012 the staff of Vachsky central district hospital addressed to our company with need of acquisition of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting software product for transfer of conducting accounting from the version of platform 7.7 on 1C:Enterprise 8.

By forces of specialists of department of Implementation of 1C: April Software the software product was installed, upon the demand of the customer data transfer from Accounting 7.7 in 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 is performed, initial user training and specific settings of accounting is provided.

At the end of 2012 there was a question of automation of conducting personnel records and payroll accounting. For the solution of the matter 1C specialists: April Software was the solution 1C: Medicine is recommended . Salary and a budget institution staff which is developed based on the standard configuration "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and is intended for automation of payroll, conducting personnel records and formation of tariff lists of workers in the medical organizations financed by means of budgets of all levels.

It was demonstrated this solution, specialists of our company answered all interesting questions of staff of Vachsky central district hospital, according to the results of a meeting, the decision of implementation "1C: Medicine was made. Salary and budget institution staff". Within implementation of the software product settings and individual training of users were performed. In 2013 some staff of Vachsky central district hospital was also trained in the Center of the Certified Training of 1C: April Software on features of accounting in "1C: Medicine. In 2014 within integration into the unified information system in Vachsky central district hospital the 1C: Medicine software product was implemented : Federal registers which is intended for the organization of data transmission in federal services of the Single state information system in the field of health care (Uniform State Health Information System): passport of health facilities, register of medics, AHD service.
