Software product"1C:Medicine. Federal registers" it is intended for the organization of data transmission about the passport of medical institution and the set medical products in the Single state information system in the field of health care (UNIFORM STATE HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM) and it can be applied in the federal, public and municipal authorities of health care included in Uniform State Health Information System such as:

• clinics,
• hospitals,
• sanatoria,
• clinics.

The software product is created with assistance of "Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere".

2017: "1C: Medicine. Federal registers", edition 3

The product is new edition of a configuration "1C:Medicine. Federal registers", being an integration component for application medical by the organizations (MO), governing bodies health care (OUZ) of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the medical information and analytical centers (MIAC) for ensuring integration into state the Unified information system of health care (EGISZ) of the Russian Ministry of Health.

New edition of a product is released for ensuring compatibility with new portals of Uniform State Health Information System – the Federal Register of the Medical Organizations (FRMO) and the Federal Register of Health Workers (FRHW); work with the Uniform State Health Information System portal – AHD Service is supported.

Complete documentation with formats of information exchange and regulations of data exchange with Uniform State Health Information System is available on the website http://portal.egisz.rosminzdrav. ru/.

The product can be applied by medical institutions of the Russian Ministry of Health, FMBA, FPS to data preparation for transfer on the level of a regional Uniform State Health Information System segment by data sampling from the accounting systems ("1C: Accounting of public institutions", edition 1 and 2, "1C: Payroll and the personnel of budgetary institutions", "1C: Medtsina. Salary and personnel", "1C: Payroll and personnel of public institutions", "Parus 7", "1C-KAMIN: Salary. Version 5. x)

The product can be applied by OUZ and MIAC to consolidation of data of MO at the regional level and the subsequent export of data on the federal Uniform State Health Information System level. Work in the mode of clouds technology 1cfresh for deployment of a regional "cloud" segment of collecting and data processing of MO is supported.

The new edition of a product which underwent certification "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" prepares for the edition. The beginning of sales, conditions of transition from the previous editions and conditions of support it will be announced by the separate information letter.

The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work (not below version 8.3.10).

The code of a configuration is open for changes.

2012: Description of functionality

Software product"1C:Medicine. Federal registers" supports formation and data transmission according to formats of the listed registers of a federal segment UNIFORM STATE HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM:

• register of passports of the medical organizations (pmu.rosminzdrav.ru);
• the register of the medical equipment and medical equipment (the portal prepares for start).

Regarding information exchange the configuration supports exchanges with portals of a federal Uniform State Health Information System segment for loading of the normative reference information and unloading of these registers.

The software product provides storage and processing of the normative reference information in the amount of data determined by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation for information registers:

• passports of medical institutions,
• register of the medical equipment and medical equipment;
• possibility of setup of communications between credentials of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and information fields of registers for autocompletion of values;
• possibility of storage of the version history of the created data registers;
• unloading of data on web services of Uniform State Health Information System.

The solution supports multi-user work in the local area network or via the Internet including by means of the web client. The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware or program protection.

Allows to install the software product one of two configurations:

• autonomous configuration, with a data exchange rule set with "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, edition 1";
• configuration as addition to "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, edition 1".

If in health facility for Uniform State Health Information System the division, separate of accounting, is responsible for preparation and providing information, then it is recommended to select the first option of installation and operation of a product and if the accounting service, then is better to use option of installation of a configuration as addition.
