2015

On June 24, 2015 it became known of implementation in business processes the company "Nissan Menufekchuring Rus" of service E-DOCUMENT FLOW "Kontur.Diadok". SKB Kontur[1] integrator in the project[1].

Project Tasks

As a part of dealer network of the company in Russia more than 200 centers. Annually the company creates about 200 thousand documents. At the end of 2013 expenses on their registration and delivery to partners reached 9 million rubles. At the same time work with paper documents was not only costly, but also labor-consuming:

  • documents it is necessary
    • to print,
    • to sign,
    • to pack into envelopes,

  • control delivery to the addressee,
  • keep track of the status of passing.

For cost reduction and document flow acceleration, the company made the decision - to transfer documents to an electronic form. For this purpose it selected the Kontur.Diadok system.

Project Progress

For June 24, 2015 service is implemented and used by distributors. The command of SKB Kontur proposed the integration solution for the self-written information systems "Nissan Menufekchuring Rus" and a package of measures for connection of dealers.

Project Results

Preparation of documents in "Nissan Menufekchuring Rus" for June 24, 2015 is executed so:

  • every night from internal systems of the company the documents created for previous day are automatically unloaded
  • in the morning the operator by means of 1C loads them into "Diadoc" (about 10 minutes)
  • the employee signs documents with right to sign via the web interface of "Diadoc" (no more than an hour).

After transition to electronic document management with an overwhelming part of partners, the company receives the documents signed by the dealer within a day from the moment of sending. At the same time to the employees "Nissan Menufekchuring Rus" is not required to keep a situation under control because in a system the relevant status of any document is visible constantly.

"We doubted how dealers will apprehend our initiative as at them very different the level of technical equipment. By forces of call center of vendor implementation of e-document flow in information systems of dealers took place in two months. It was necessary to connect literally units — Sergey Monakhov, the manager of the financial projects "Nissan Menufekchuring Rus" told. — It is already confidently possible to tell that the project solved the main objectives which were set by the company: cutting of costs for document flow and acceleration of exchange of documents".

According to the statement of the customer, passed 97% of dealers to e-document flow. 93% from them do not use paper documents at all. Annual economy due to electronic document management with these partners makes 7.6 million rubles.
