The Geodom publishing house completed workflow automation

On June 25, 2015 it became known of implementation in the southern Russian publishing house "Geodom" of a software technology "1C: Document Flow 8". Works in the project were performed by DATUM Group company.

Project Results

In a project deliverable operational approval of agreements in electronic form is organized. With documentation system work which the physical distance between divisions of publishing house does not influence is organized. For each of documents in a system it is possible to set the term of its approval and execution. When obtaining the agreement on approval, the head will estimate urgency of a task and need of control of its accomplishment by participants of process at once.

For heads mobile application works: at any time and in any place with its help it is possible to accelerate consideration and approval of the important document.

The adherence to deadlines of performance of agreements is included in the scheme of monetary motivation of employees. Time for approval of documents - was reduced no more than three working days. Earlier one document could be approved week and more.

Reliable document storage is provided. It is almost instantly possible to get access to the necessary document transferred to electronic archive. Speed of work with documents positively affects image of publishing house, increases loyalty of his customers.

Operational processing and approval of agreements helps publishing house to build up more effective relationship with dealers and suppliers. Term from basic consent to cooperation before real deliveries of products is only several days now. The sales volume of publishing house increased by 10%.
