On July 1, 2015 ESUO Leta" became known of an implementation project of management systems for an electronic queue "SUMMER company in separations of Sberbank of Russia[1].

Project Tasks

Until the end of 2015 in 3700 departments of 16 regional banks of Sberbank MSQ (management system for queue) of SUMMER company will work.

In 2015 ESUO will be set, mainly, in the Ural, Siberian, Volga federal districts - in Sberbank branches of the Russian Federation.

Project Progress

Within the third, final project phase, in 2015 SUMMER company will bring into operation more than 250 management systems for an electronic queue in departments of Sberbank of Russia.

The operating project stage is distinguished by the advanced solution architecture of an electronic management system for queue developed by LETA Engineering company.

The simple and clear switching circuit excludes errors of assemblers and reduces terms of execution of works, reducing the customer's costs connected with suspension of work of office of customer service. Besides, now when holding certain service actions direct departure on an object of engineers of bank or service company will not be required.

Announced LETA Engineering use only of the SUO domestic components:

  • booth registrar,
  • board of the operator,
  • switching equipment.
