Uraltransbank completed a DLP system implementation project

On July 1, 2015 the Softline company announced implementation in IT infrastructure of Uraltransbank of an end-to-end system of data protection of InfoWatch Traffic Monitor Enterprise.

The management of bank made the decision on upgrade of the operating security system. A project objective - gain of control in use of corporate information and data protection, being a trade secret.

The partner of the project selected Softline company. After testing, IT specialists of bank selected the InfoWatch Traffic Monitor Enterprise system for implementation.

Project Progress

At the initial stage of the project works by description of the processes existing in bank, to determination of confidential information which needs to be protected of formats of storage and possible data transmission channels are carried out. It helped to create the security policies of a DLP system optimal for Uraltransbank.

Then implementation of the components of the InfoWatch system which are responsible for control of the data transferred under Internet protocols providing archive storage of the intercepted information is carried out.

Project Results

System implementation ensures safety of the business documentation and data transmission channels.

As a result the customer had an opportunity of monitoring of processes of transfer, use and copying of documents that considerably increased the level of security of IT infrastructure of bank and reduced risk of leakage of a confidential information.
