History

1988

Formation of the company under the name of Videolyuks LLC. Installation of the receiving systems of satellite TV and networks of community reception.

1988-1994

The first networks of community reception and cable television, constructed by our company. The beginning of sales in Russia Hirschmann products. "V-luxury" sells the first satellite communication systems for corporate clients and individuals.

1989

Production of the PAL/SECAM transcoder for use in networks of community reception at broadcast of foreign TV channels.

1990

Obtaining patent of the Russian Federation for the electromechanical drive of STV antennas ("actuator").

1991

Installation of the antenna of satellite TV on the building of the Government of the Russian Federation ("White House") during "the August putsch of GKCHP". The antenna provided to the leadership of Russia an information access of foreign media during blockade of the building.

1989-1992

Construction of a large number of receptions and distribution manifolds, the systems of community reception and cable television in the republics the USSR / the CIS countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc.). Installation of the first professional head-ends of cable television.

1993

Change of the company name (rebranding) with "V-luxury".

1994-1997

Beginning of supplies of equipment to large operators of cable television and construction organizations.

1995

Creation of department of design and obtaining licenses for design of a CATV and constructions of communication. The first supplies of equipment for the fiber-optic communication line.

1997

• Sale of the first professional devices for signal processing of digital television in Russia.
• Creation of a unique head-end for AvtoVAZ shopping Mall TV company (Togliatti). For more than 200,000 subscribers of the operator acceptance of 20 programs only in the meter range became available.

1998

• The beginning of sales in Russia of the equipment of broadband access (CMTS and the cable modems COM21 (ARRIS)).
• Participation in a constituent congress of Association of cable television in Russia (AKTP), A. K. Shishov is the vice president of AKTR since 1999.

1999

• Creation based on production premises of the Temp radio plant of scientific and technological center of V-Lyuks company (nowadays Service Center "V-Lyuks").
• Creation of Standar Telecom production company. Purchase of a production equipment, the beginning of equipment manufacturing of a CATV of own development and according to the license of the foreign companies.

2000

"V-luxury" took active part in mitigation of consequences of the fire on a television tower of RTPTs "Ostankino". For ensuring delivery of signals to all districts of Moscow in the shortest possible time more than 60 head-ends of cable television of category A were delivered and mounted. The HIRSCHMANN CSE6000 stations were used for integration of a transport network of Comcor and local KSKTP GAO Mostelecom.

2001

Creation of training center and ANO Scientific Research Institute PT organization (research institute of problems of telecommunications).

2002

• Creation by specialists of the company of the Concept of development of the project of a pay TV for MTU-Inform company.
• The first project of multiservice triple play of network with services of digital TV, broadband Internet access and IP telephony (Yekaterinburg)

2003

• In three of five nominations of annual award CSTB'2003 there were winners products and solutions presented on tender by V-Lyuks holding. Except the TVK-Kazan project it is a head-end of the cable modems ARRIS CMTS-1500 and the universal antenna post (UAP) made by the Standar Telecom company entering into holding.
• Supply of equipment of the fiber-optic communication line for JSC Comcor, GAO "Mostelecom" and other operators.

2004

The project works "V-luxury" for TVT Kazan (200,000 subscribers) are awarded the first prize CSTB again.

2005

From this year cooperation "V-luxury" and the largest operator of St. Petersburg - TKT company is performed (now enters into the NKS group). "V-luxury" delivered to provider the platform of broadband access, largest in Russia, the equipment of digital TV, subscriber devices, the fiber-optic communication line components and other products and solutions.

2006

• "V-luxury" set an award CSTB record, having won 4 first prizes in the different nominations.
• The first project in the field of automation of TV broadcasting. For Viasat/company of Geoteleokommunikation the task of an insert of local content and temporary shift of programs is carried out.
• Creation of the Russia's first system of a digital satellite service in MPEG4 standard for Russian Satellite Communications Company. "V-luxury" acted as integrator and equipment supplier for the federal platform of digital television in the MPEG-4AVC standard.

2007

"V-luxury" the first in Russia performed on-air digital broadcasting of DVB-T in the MPEG4 AVC standard (Uralsvyazinform branch of JSC to Chelyabinsk).

2008

• Creation of network of distribution of content of digital TV in the territory of the Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and Kurgan regions.
• Specialists and experts "V-luxury" created the feasibility statement on development of digital TV and radio broadcasting in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2008-2015. The right of creation of this conceptual document was given "V-luxury" based on the tender, the organized Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2008-2009

The V-Lyuks company acted as the system integrator during creation of the Russia's first full-function platform of digital mobile television of DVB-H and construction of single-frequency network of mobile TV broadcasting for Dominanta LLC company (subsidiary company JSC VimpelCom). Within this system the possibility of broadcasting in networks of mobile television up to 16 digital TV of channels in the DVB-H standard is implemented.

2009

Delivery of the DVB-H platform and the automation system of broadcasting for the DVB-H "Kentavr" project (nowadays Skartel is included into Rostekhnologii holding).

2010

Delivery of the platform of digital TV for the project of Beeline-TV.

2010

• "V-luxury" - the only system integrator mentioned by the main industry award "Big Digit".
• Full-function testing of DVB-T2 standard, the first in the territory of the CIS, in Karaganda (Kazakhstan).
• For JSC CenterTelecom the equipment of the platform of formation and distribution of content of digital TV in the MPEG4AVC standard was supplied.
• From this year "V-luxury" implements the project on creation of a system of distribution of a digital video for Transtelecom company. The transport network of a TTK is used for distribution of a signal on 17 regions of Russia: from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

2011

The V-Lyuks company delivered for Lada media company (Togliatti) the complete solution for the platform of digital TV

2011-2013

Project implementation of TV broadcasting through GPON network in St. Petersburg (Macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" of JSC Rostelecom)

2013

• The chairman of the board of directors and the general managing director of V-Lyuks group A.K. Shishov is awarded with the prize "Big Digit"
• Supply of equipment of satellite communication for JSC Beeline
• The project of construction of digital head-ends of DVB-C of broadcasting for JSC MTS is successfully implemented successfully implemented. Within the project head-ends of digital broadcasting in more than 50 cities of Russia were constructed
• Construction of facilities of a communications infrastructure on Svalbard archipelago in the item Barentsburg (construction of antenna and mast constructions, PON networks, satellite communication systems, networks of cable TV, etc.)
