"Spar Kaliningrad" implemented the accounting system in network

On July 9, 2015 it became known of implementation in SPAR network, in the Kaliningrad region, the accounting system "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products".

The SPAR company began to work in the Kaliningrad region in the summer of 2014, then the first shop was open. For July 8, 2015 SPAR - one of the developing retail chain stores in the FMCG market of Kaliningrad.

- New, modern, hi-tech – visitors quite so speak of our shops. Behind this beauty and daily convenience to buyers there is a work of the whole command, and in many respects the success of this work is provided with the used accounting system. We give preference to the software product for food retail 1C-Rarus because we cooperate with this company long ago and very closely. Experience of automation of shops under other brands of our company showed that the software product remains relevant and is capable to satisfy requirements of retail in any times, - Vyacheslav Belchikov, the head of IT department of SPAR noted Kaliningrad.

Analytical tools of the accounting system 1C-Rarus help to obtain data for calculation of effective assortment matrixes on the basis of which optimal goods quantity forms and the necessary ratio of commodity groups in shop is supported. The quantity of past due balances is as a result reduced, the goods turnover increases, and buyers are always glad when they find the necessary product on the shelf fresh.

In addition to the main range the supermarket includes own production which actively develops the company. Accounting of the movement of purchased ingredients and production is conducted in a subsystem Production which allows to create a compounding for determination of structure of the made products, to determine cost of the turned-out products at write-off, proceeding from purchase prices. All this simplifies the procedure of carrying out inventory.

Project Results

The accounting system allows to save costs, to optimize work with the range, to structure settlement with suppliers, to keep self-produced account.

- Cooperation with 1C-Rarus company is conducted more than 8 years. During this time we managed to develop an optimal technique of automation which allows us to start shops in 2 weeks. Together we continue to develop retail chain stores Family and SPAR Kaliningrad – all shops are under management "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products". Important advantage to us in work with the accounting system is the fact that a system consolidates data on each separate shop in uniform base. It is easy to eat with information with all tools for carrying out the analysis of the current work and decision making. In our shop technology new products are provided: modern refrigerating appliances and cash desks of self-service, the accounting system 1C-Rarus harmoniously supplement this union. We are sure that account in shops is kept precisely, and it is the key to receiving considerable and stable profit, - Vyacheslav Belchikov told.
