Neuroniq N-Center Server

Neuroniq N-Center Server is a module for managing and exchanging statistical data. Designed for organizations with a branch network.

The software package helps to administer the electronic queues of the MPSC of the region remotely, from a single center, and monitor compliance with service standards.

The module is installed in the central branch and helps to conduct online monitoring of equipment operation.

It is possible to export the following from the central branch to local departments:

• Contents of database directories (service lists, change of business unit operating mode, etc.)
• videos;
• running line texts;
• Graphics for slideshow
• news, promotions and special offers;
• File packages for rebranding
• updated software modules, operator and administrator instructions.

Using the N-Center Server module helps you connect external data stores. From the local subdivisions to the central branch, you can export the subdivision databases, from the central branch to the local subdivisions:

• upgrading software versions,
• user manual,
• contents of database reference books (service lists, changes in operating mode, etc.),
• media content (videos and slideshows, running line texts, news),
• File packages for rebranding.

Data exchange can be performed in manual and automatic modes. For automatic mode, the N-Center Server module allows you to set the update time (the system time of the central branch office is used), the number of repetitions (a value indicating how many times the request for automatic exchange with branches will be made in case of an exchange error), a list of exchange data, a list of branches with which automatic exchange will be made. Sessions can be applied to both one store and a group of stores, such as those in the same time zone.
