Neuroniq N-Center Server

Neuroniq N-Center Server is the module of management and exchange of statistical data. It is intended for the organizations having a branch network.

The software package helps to administer electronic queues of MFC of the region far off, from the uniform center and to exercise control of observance of standards of service.

The module is installed in the central branch and helps to conduct online monitoring of operation of the equipment.

From the central branch it is possible to export to local divisions:

• contents of reference books of databases (lists of services, change of an operation mode of division, etc.);
• videos;
• texts of creeping lines;
• graphics images for a slideshow;
• news, actions and special offers;
• packets of files for rebranding;
• the updated modules softwares, instructions of the operator, the administrator.

Use of the module N-Center Server helps to connect external data warehouses. From local divisions in the central branch it is possible to export databases of divisions, from the central branch to local divisions:

• updating of versions of software,
• user guides,
• contents of reference books of databases (lists of services, changes of an operation mode, etc.),
• media content (videos and slideshow, texts of creeping lines, news),
• packets of files for rebranding.

Data exchange can be executed in manual and in automatic the modes. For the automatic mode the module N-Center Server allows to set updating time (system time of the central branch is used), number of repetitions (the value showing how many times request for automatic exchange with branches at an exchange error will be made), the list of data of exchange, the list of branches with which automatic exchange will be made. Sessions can be applied, both to one branch, and for group of the branches, for example, which are in one time zone.
