Shimarov Victor Aleksandrovich is a head of department on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across Central Federal District, the police major general.
Biography
Victor was born on May 1, 1957.
Graduated from All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute.
Served in Armed forces of the USSR.
With 1979 began to serve in law-enforcement bodies as the militiaman of a platoon of protection of IVS of convoy and service of Department of Internal Affairs on the station Moscow-Kazan.
In 1981 it is appointed to a position of the chief inspector on the personnel, combat and office training of the PPSM Department of Internal Affairs battalion on the station Moscow-Kazan.
From 1985 to 1991 worked as the chief inspector of group of the personnel of linear Department of Internal Affairs at the station Moscow-Kazan.
With 1991 it is appointed to the position of the chief of department on work with staff of LOVD on the station Moscow - Kazan.
In 1994 began to work as the chief of department of the personnel of linear Department of Internal Affairs at the station Moscow-Belarusian.
In 1995 it is appointed to a position of the assistant department head, chief of militia of public security of linear Department of Internal Affairs on the station Moscow-Belarusian.
With 1999 it is appointed to the position of the chief of linear Department of Internal Affairs on the station Moscow-Belarusian.
In 2003 received a position of the deputy head of department, chief of militia of public security of the Moscow ATC on ZHT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
For July 10, 2015 Victor Aleksandrovich Shimarov works as the head of department on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across Central Federal District in the police major general's rank.
