2017: The forecast for a year: 320 million messages

On May 3, 2017 the press service of SKB Kontur announced achievement of traffic in 49.6 million EDI messages through a Circuit.EDI for the first three months 2017.

According to data of the operator, from legally significant documents it is most of all transferred electronic invoices — 13.4 million (39%), TORG-12 — 9 million (26%) and the formalized acts — 1.7 million (5%). A share of electronic documents in the format determined by FTS - 70[1].

The main traffic is generated by pharmdistribyyutor, autodistributors, telecom operators, power supply companies, suppliers of FMCG, large industrial enterprises.

In the first quarter 2017 there was an inventory format for submission of documents to tax authorities approved by the Order of FTS of 1/18/2017 No. MMB-7-6/16 @. Believe in the companies that since June, 2017 when this order becomes effective, it will become simpler to interact with IFTS according to requirements. Circuit.EDI - service of electronic document management.

The product has all properties of electronic document management (instant information exchange, the legal importance of documents due to use of the qualified electronic subscription), but at the same time has the advantages.

In a system the complete chain of EDI messages is implemented:

  • PRICAT is obtaining the price list;
  • ORDERS — the order and ORDRSP — order confirmation;
  • DESADV — the shipping notification and RECADV — the notification on acceptance;
  • INVOIC is sending the invoice for payment;

On the basis of the notification on acceptance the invoice and the delivery note form correct electronic.

Service helps to simplify exchange of documents, to systematize and control it. Existence in the system of exact data is the indisputable proof at the conflicts between partners, simplifies interaction with regulatory authorities:

  • Decrease in logistic costs;
  • Reduction of time of receiving payment of deliveries;
  • Reduction of risk of receiving penalties because of errors or lack of documents;
  • Acceleration of term of compensation of the VAT (for retail chain stores)

In addition to business documents, such as invoices, orders and delivery notes, it is in addition possible to transfer any not formalized documents signed with the qualified electronic signature to a Circuit.EDI. Such documents do not need to be duplicated on paper and it is possible to provide to tax authority in electronic form on the Internet. The system of exchange of electronic legally significant documents which in the form of the independent solution is known as the Diadoc is integrated into a Circuit.EDI.

Circuit.EDI the convenient and functional web version working with any accounting systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle) through API is available to clients. The special boxed solution which will allow to receive orders and to make out deliveries directly in an account is developed for users of 1C.

The module EDI for 1C, 2013

Integration allows to import automatically data from a Circuit.EDI to your accounting system, excepting emergence of the errors arising at manual entry. And vice versa — it is possible to create shipment documents of the accounting system and not to be afraid of discrepancies in contents of documents. This always exact and relevant, and information exchange terms — minimum. Preparation and the analysis of business documents becomes simpler, the quality of work with retail chain stores increases.

As a part of the cloud Circuit.EDI directory the complete list of commodity nomenclatures updated automatically and always relevant. Retailers can timely see all updates in a system and synchronize them with the accounting systems of suppliers, start own changes. The directory solves problems:

Suppliers of alcohol during each reporting period are obliged to create unloading of delivery notes and to send to the partners. However discrepancy of formats and the general complexity of the procedure of preparation of the declaration often lead to problems — up to penalties of FSRAR.

The automatic reporting considerably reduces time and resource expenditure both from suppliers, and from retail implementors of alcohol.

After installation on the party of the supplier of the special module all delivery notes right after formation are loaded directly into the Circuit. To Alkodeklaratsy. Thus, during the reporting the employee of retail needs only to come into an account of network and to add the prepared declaration with sales informations, to sign with the suitable qualified electronic signature and to send.

Installation and setup of the module of integration with the accounting system of the supplier takes no more than an hour. On the party of retail installation of any additional software is not required.

For data acquisition from the supplier it is enough to confirm belonging to the organization, having provided the certificate, for example, for delivery of the alcoholic reporting.
