Kaskad Family completed automation of management accounting

On July 15, 2015 the FinGrad company announced completion of setup of the consolidated statements in KASKAD Family company.

In 2012 there were 60 employees, already then KASKAD Family began to grow. The number of legal entities increased and before the management there was a question of consolidation of data and creation of managerial balances on holding.

Accounting was conducted in Excel, but it ceased to be enough for tasks of holding and the financial management looked for the solution.

The management of holding had work experience in configurations 1C and foreign programs, but they did not approach, including because of long implementation with preliminary technical specifications which prepare a progressive tense and not always as a result corresponds to result.

The principle of data entry became the basic, in the choice of a system for KASKAD Family: "Information should be brought once. There should not be a double, threefold entry and infinite number of tables at the people working in one company. Therefore we looked for the software product in which we could enter data, and further already only to use them. Exclude a human factor too was important for us that in workflow there were no situations "it" or "I did not delete it" – Tatyana Shelyagina, the chief financial officer of KASKAD Family noted.

The choice stopped on a system FinGrad after the presentation.

KASKAD Family created a single system where in real time the management sees a picture on holding and in details - by any the business analyst.

Use of the module Treasury allowed to refuse approval by e-mail.
