FinGrad is Treasury

Treasury - the liquidity management, control over expenses, effective document flow.

In a system all treasuries of function, necessary for work, are implemented:

Budgeting of DDS and limits on expenses The budget forms both on the basis of forecasts, and on the basis of specific requests for future purchases. Budgets serve further in an account part as limits for expenses (are used for budget control).

Requests for payment

The convenient web interface allows to create and approve requests to a wide range of staff of the company. The scan of the account can be attached to requests – there is an opportunity to pass completely to electronic document management. Requests over a limit are marked as off-budget.

Payment schedule

A set of the submitted applications and forecasts for expenditure of DS will allow to predict balances in cash on checking accounts. If necessary it is possible to reject requests or to postpone their execution.

Payment orders

A system creates payment orders for direct loading in "Bank Client".

Loading of statements from systems "Bank Client"

The user-friendly interface allows load and "carry" statements quickly. One employee manages "carry" up to 20 statements in 1 hour. If the statement concerns the payment made on the basis of the request, FinGrad will substitute in record about payment all necessary analysts (the initiator, department, the project, the CFD and. etc.).

Reports of "Plan-Fakt" on DDS

You receive as the managerial report of DDS with necessary cuts, and an opportunity to compare it to the plan created earlier. FinGrad allows to create the report of DDS both direct, and indirect by methods.

Integration with the system of management accounting

The solution on automation of treasury is expansion of a system of management accounting, uses one database. It gives the chance to use some settings (for example the chart of accounts and the list of items of expenditure) and reference books.

2015: There was a release "FinGrad there is a Treasury" v.5.1

On September 30, 2015 the FinGrad company announced release of release "FinGrad there is a Treasury" version 5.1^[1].

The functionality of FinGrad — Treasury version 5.1 provides:

• import of bank statements;
• change of a logo in a system;
• viewing the bank statements saved in "FinGrad is Management accounting";
• export of payment orders to Microsoft Outlook.

The release is characteristic localization error correction, the design is finished, a number of errors in the payment schedule is eliminated. The solution is available to users.

2014: Treasury, version 4.6

On July 14, 2014 the FinGrad company announced an exit of new release of software "FinGrad there is a Treasury" version 4.6.

User interface:

• The appearance of a system is completely processed;

New opportunities

• More flexible configuration of requests based on new opportunities of templates;
• There was a possibility of creation from one request of subrequests of several types;
• In reports of "Plan-Fakt" print preview of the plan for future periods appeared.

Functionality

• Change of a name of Papirus.net service with Pyrus.com is supported;
• The choice of a template for lists of requests is added to a panel of the administrator;
• The errors registered at system operation are corrected.

High-speed performance

• Open operations and preserving of requests, in particular requests with crushing are accelerated.

Known restrictions

• Internet Explorer 8.0 is not supported.
