pFinance is the tool for accounting, the analysis, control and planning of personal finance on the smartphone or the tablet.
Features and components
- Subsystem of income and expenses. Fixing of any expense or income for the minimum quantity of clicks. About 10 reports with flexible configurations will allow to make in any kind and a section information for the analysis.

- Automatic synchronization through Dropbox cloud between all types of devices (IOS, Android, Windows).
- Subsystem of currency accounting. Accounting in any currency, automatic loading of rates, transactions of convertings when moving from one currency to another, reports of dynamics of change of rates and also comparisons of currency pairs.
- Subsystem of loans. All loans - issued and received are fixed, on the basis of these data reports for control and the analysis are under construction. Automatic SMS on unsettled debts are supported.
- Planning subsystem. Planned income and deferred expenses are fixed, on their basis the analysis of changes of balance of future periods becomes and, if necessary, the actual income and expenses are entered.

2015: There was a modified pFinance release
On July 15, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company released the version of the application of pFinance for accounting, control, planning and the analysis of personal finance[1].
As a part of software six functional sections: expenses, income, planning, loans, currencies and savings. 15 reports are provided in the application. They are configured under individual requests of the user and contain filters for fast selection of data.
pFinance allows to control cash flows in any currency, to build reports and charts, showing answers to questions:
- How many on average in a month it is spent on …?
- What income amount or expense for the period?
- What now balance in cash?
- What expenses or income the most volume?
The user can specify planned costs or income and on the basis of these data to see a remaining balance of finance for any date. The application allows to predict changes of a remaining balance of money on the basis of the last periods.
In pFinance it is possible to control and consider the obtained and issued loans. If to specify planned date of return, a system will find overdue loans and will specify the number of days of delay. From the report it is possible to call the borrower or to send the SMS. Debtors can configure sending messages automatically — for this purpose in the application there are configured templates.
The separate section helps to work with currency: load currency rates as in the automatic mode, and manually. Using the application, it is possible to make converting when moving from one currency to another, to browse dynamics of rate fluctuations in the table or the chart and also to compare rates of different currencies. For accounting of deposits and the postponed means the section of savings is used. Here it is possible to record the financial purpose and to control process of its accomplishment and also to calculate amount of interest for deposits.
Announced 1C-Rarus use of the 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3.6 on which the application is developed and creation of the modern interface - it simplifies routine tasks of the user.
The cross-platform allows pFinance to install on the smartphone and the tablet on the IOS platform or Android, the personal computer with the Windows operating system. Automatic synchronization of data between devices is executed through Dropbox "cloud".
The functionality of Windows version is similar to mobile and tablet that does it comfortable in use, at the same time it has additional opportunities. It is more convenient to analyze the data fixed during the day using the smartphone or the tablet on the home PC.
