Gazprom Transgaz Moscow transferred digitization of project and executive documentation to outsourcing

On July 17, 2015 ELAR corporation announced the project of outsourcing of digitization of project and executive documentation for replenishment of insurance fund of affairs of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC.

The electronic base of documents of gas transmission company is necessary for providing online access to data on the gas pipeline system for carrying out abnormal or recovery work.

Documentation of Belousovsky and Serpukhov sections Gazprom Transgaz Moscow for 2012 is translated to July 17, 2015 in an electronic form, these are more than 200 thousand sheets of A5 format - A0. Up to 40% of originals shabby and damaged, a part of documents is printed on the typewriter, supplied with marks or handwritten. About 80% of affairs are subject to lacing and systematization.

Project Progress

Specialists of ELAR, using the register of earlier scanned documentation, made extraction of primary sources, selection of duplicates and department of the documents which are not subject to scanning. The old and damaged originals are digitized by a contactless method on series C Planskan ELAR planetary scanner excluding a gap or fogging of the paper document. Skamaks ELAR high-speed line scanner 3000 is used to transfer to an electronic form of other primary sources.

The scan images are processed and indexed in the digital register with a search capability of necessary documents. The received information resource consisting of an array of images and the related electronic base should be added to earlier created insurance fund of documents of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC. In the 2013th year and the 2014th specialists of ELAR digitized more than 350 thousand sheets of project and executive documentation of Kryukovsky, Moscow and Noginsk sections.
