March 17, 1997 - Birthday of the company "Role." We started as a small recruiting agency, and now the business of the company is to create information spaces that allow people to be more efficient in their personal and work tasks.

How is the information space different from just an exhibition or other event? It is more global, diverse, covers the topic from different angles, constantly develops, offers new formats, tracks trends in the selected area, shares them with the consumer. This is a living developing organism - there is no limit to development in it, each created information space develops together with reality, so it can exist forever.

Today, the company "Amplua" creates and develops information spaces in two topics

"Human Resources Development/Management," which includes:

  • Portal Trainings.ru, 24 hours a day.
  • "Living Room," every two months, Moscow.
  • Forum "Flagships of HR business," April 3 - 6, 2015, Georgia.

The company "Amplua" is one of the few in the HR markets of Russia and Ukraine, which professionally works with clients from an independent position and provides high-quality information about the personnel management market.

We are a socially responsible company. Our responsibility is expressed in providing flexible working hours for employees with children, in promoting a healthy lifestyle, caring for the environment and supporting socially significant projects. The latter include, for example, the Alphabet charity foundation, the purpose of which is to increase the educational level of children from Russian orphanages.

History

1997

March 17 The personnel agency "Amplua" was created.

2000

August 21 We opened the site Trainings.ru. His idea is to gather all the information about corporate training. During this time, the project has grown from a small training resource to a full-fledged expert platform intended for specialists working in the field of personnel management. September

"Role" holds the first exhibition of training providers - "TRAINING 2000." 13 exhibitors in the history of the exhibition, and about 1000 visitors laid the foundation for the large annual event of the Russian HR community. 2001

March - The first conference "Personnel Training and Development: Present and Future."

2002

The company brings to the market the brokerage service "Amplua-Broker" - the selection of the best suppliers of HR services (training, consulting, insurance companies) for the specific needs of the customer. Since then, exploring the HR supplier market and tracking its trends has become our professional activity.

2003

September 17 We initiated a new professional holiday "HR Manager's Day," which was held as part of the "TRYeNING-2003" exhibition with the support of professional communities and the media. Since then, "HR Manager's Day" has been celebrated every third Wednesday in September.

2005

We have added new services to our line - the diagnosis of loyalty and employee engagement using the technology of the Australian company Perception Mapping, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of HR projects based on the ROI methodology of Jack Phillips.

The event "TRYeNING-2005" was held in an international format - exhibition + conference. The exhibition featured 119 exhibitors and was attended by 4,328 people. The conference acquired international status - speakers from the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) spoke at it.

Together with the Group of newspapers "Rabota Segodnya," the HR competition "Master of Personnel" was organized, in which more than 80 people from 23 cities of Russia took part.

2006

"Role" begins to conduct research on approaches and best practices in the field of personnel management in Russia and abroad.

2007

The annual study and the Trainings INDEX Corporate Training Systems Award will start.

The concept of the "Master Personnel 2007" competition is significantly different from previous years - corporate teams of 2-4 people can take part in the competition. The final two stages of the competition took place in an interactive format. The traditional organizers of the competition were joined by the ANKOR personnel holding and the General Director magazine.

2008

Insurance broker Malakut acquired 40% of the capital of Amplua. Press release

2008—2009

We conducted a record number of open-label and bespoke studies. By this time, a significant examination has already been accumulated and the methodology for conducting research on the internal and external environment of organizations has been developed.

2010

The Amplua Insights Center for Analytics and Research was created. The exhibition and conference are returning to the pre-crisis level. A competition of regional coaches dedicated to HR & Trainings EXPO (a joint project with Sberbank of Russia).

2011

The exhibition and conference officially expands the range of topics discussed and becomes a personnel management event. In 2011, HR representatives from 76 cities and 10 countries gathered in Moscow to take part in 150 events as part of HR & Trainings EXPO 2011.

2012

By the decision of the shareholders, Amplua Insights Analytics and Research Center joined and became part of the Malakut Group of Companies. Role remains an independent company for the development of the HR market in Russia and continues to manage industry communication platforms - the annual HR & Trainings EXPO exhibition and conference, the Trainings.ru web portal, as well as provide information on new products, current services and events of the HR industry. Leading HR professionals are beginning to meet in the Role Living Room and discuss new, vibrant, effective solutions from providers.

2013

The first meeting of the leaders of the personnel management industry took place - the Forum "Flagships of HR Business." "Role" becomes a company for the creation and development of information spaces in two topics: "Development, personnel management, career" and "Healthy lifestyle." Information space arises at the intersection of business events and social networks.

We do not stop our development for a second. Perhaps at this very moment a new service or product is born within our walls.
