LLC "AiTiLand-Soft" (advertising name ITLand) has been an official partner of 1C since 2004. ITLand is a Russian software developer and integrator of complex solutions for managing orders, projects, resources and finances.

History

2019: QMS recertification audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2015

On August 8-9, 2019, AITtLand-Soft LLC successfully passed a recertification audit for compliance of the quality management system (QMS) with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. During the audit, full compliance with the requirements of the standard was established.

Certificate of compliance N received 147929-2013-AQ-MCW-FINAS

One of the leading international certification organizations DNV GL was chosen as a certification body - an independent classification and certification society, founded in 1864 and one of the five authoritative international certification societies.

2017: QMS certification audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2015

In December 2017, ITLand successfully passed a certification audit for compliance of the quality management system with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. During the audit, full compliance with the requirements of the standard was established. Certificate of compliance N 147929-2013-AQ-MCW-FINAS received.

The priority areas of ITLand's activities in the field of quality are to maximize customer satisfaction, compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring that the services and products provided meet the requirements and expectations of consumers, including expectations for the functionality of the system and the timing of work. At the same time, special attention is paid to reducing the time for processing customer requests, improving the quality of products and services provided, as well as providing the necessary post-design services.

2016

Application of ITLand products and solutions in more than 100 companies

As of November 2016, the company's products and solutions were successfully used in more than one hundred design organizations in Russia and the CIS.

QMS recertification audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2008

The implementation of QMS in ITLand and its certification for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements was carried out in 2013. The recertification audit carried out by the specialists of the center of DNV GL LLC at the end of August 2016 confirmed the compliance of the QMS with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

To improve the quality of work performed by franchisees, based on ISO 9000 standards, 1C has developed a standard implementation technology and a standard "Quality Manual." These methodological materials were named "Standard Franchisee Quality System" (TSKF). The set of methodological materials on TSKF is a set of structures, methods, technologies and resources that ensure the quality management of implementations, maintaining it at the proper level and constant improvement.

The company 1C"" received a certificate confirming that the developed "TSKF Quality System Manual" meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

2010

Rename to ITLand

In 2010, ITLand Group changed its name to ITLand.
