Safe city

The safe city - a hardware-software complex.

On July 10, 2015 the Quorus AKS company together with partners provided a prototype of the complete solution of a hardware-software complex "Safe city".

The provided prototype implements provisions of the Concept of creation and development of the hardware-software complex (HSC) "Safe city" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2446-r of December 3, 2014.

One of the most important purposes of any state - every possible assistance to increase in security of the habitat of the people living in its territory. For this purpose it is necessary to solve a complex of problems, in particular:

• monitoring of the habitat, its parameters and characteristics;
• pro-active response to security risks for the purpose of prevention of the emergencies (E) and incidents or offenses;
• active response to the occurred emergencies, incidents and offenses,
• liquidation of emergency, their effects and recovery of parameters of the habitat.

The technical and software tools which are a part of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex provide tool kit, the listed problems and to be beyond installation only of means of video surveillance and fixing allowing to solve. The prototype provides an opportunity to react quickly to emergency situations, information on which comes to a system in the form of signals from sensors and the analytical systems and messages from citizens. A system integrates dispatching services of all departments on duty which forces and means are deployed in the controlled territory in a whole, and ensures their harmonious and effective functioning.

The solution provides integration of a circuit of rapid response with any quantity of departmental information systems and allows to collect data which are contained in them for the benefit of specific users. Results of aggregation are displayed in specialized Personal accounts or on screens of the automated jobs of responsibles.

Technical and information systems of level of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex function only at the interdepartmental regulations which are carefully thought over and approved properly.
