2018: Creation of a single system for operational and accounting
On July 6, 2018 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementing solution "1C-Rarus: Non-credit financial institution" in Center of the Fast Credits companies (Khabarovsk). As a result business received the unified information environment allowing a message operational and accounting on EPS according to requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Work in the conditions of simultaneous changes in software and non-standard transfer of a remaining balance on loans and turnovers from "1C-Rarus became features of the project : IFI" in "1C-Rarus: NFO".
The specifics of business of MKK Centre bystrykh creditov LLC mean the high speed of execution of the request. The brevity of provision of services and processing speed of requests demand from business of efficiency, accuracy of information which managers, and high extent of standardization of processes and documents exchange. These factors caused certain requirements to operational and to accounting of the enterprise.
By 2018 the company kept operational accounting in the program "1C-Rarus: Microfinance institution". Accounting was kept in "1C: Accounting PROF". The organization had to transfer to a short time accounting in the system conforming to requirements of the legislation. A system "1C-Rarus became the suitable tool: Non-credit financial institution", based on "1C: Accounting PROF". A system is focused on the minimum initial settings that met the requirements of the company to "fast start". Besides, in the solution one chart of accounts both for accounting, and for tax accounting: it did unnecessary broadcast of data and simplified reconciliation of two types of accounting. Operational accounting is decided to be continued to be kept in usual tools "1C-Rarus: IFI". The developer company 1C-Rarus became the partner in implementation.
To the main objective of business — to conducting the automated accounting according to the legislation — completely there corresponded the standard functionality "1C-Rarus: NFO", however was particularly acute a question of data transfer from "1C-Rarus: IFI". Specifics of activity and a rhythm of a company performance also attracted high requirements to performance and high-speed performance of the program.
The processing created during implementation of the project provided loading of a remaining balance in NFO base from IFI base under agreements of the issued loans on the following accounts of a unified plan:
- The microloans (including target microloans) issued to individuals.
- The accrued interest on the microloans (including on target microloans) issued to individuals.
- Reserves under impairment on the microloans (including on target microloans) issued to individuals.
- Obligations for other financial transactions.
- The company needed the convenient mechanism of regular automatic transfer of turnovers and documents from base of operational accounting in base of accounting according to the schedule. The command 1C-Rarus worked mapping of accounts and the rule of transformation of postings, created accounting rules of characters of OFR depending on economic transactions. The detailed look-up table of accounts of RAS and EPS and the card of postings helped to transfer in January, 2018 remaining balance and turnovers on loans to the created base. With them also non-standard documents were transferred: the direction of documents in court and the judgment. In process the test base of operational accounting was used.
All implementation project, including the analysis of a situation and drawing up technical specifications, took 3 months.
The 1C-Rarus company carried out the project in the conditions of changes in business. So, during data transfer in connection with change of rekvizitny structure of objects and movements the configuration "1C-Rarus was improved: IFI". Parallel completion "1C-Rarus: NFO", connected with development of functionality and release of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation of explanations in accounting methodology, also influenced the project course. In updating "1C-Rarus: NFO" 1.0.7.1 was finished the agreement of the placed money — the relevant document does not create postings on issue of money. Issue passes through cash desk or the checking account, as well as in "1C-Rarus: IFI". Such adjustment demanded to change rules of exchange by inclusion of documents of cash flow in it. Tax accounting was also configured for correct formation of postings at transfer of documents.

2015: Crediting process automation
On August 6, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced process automation of crediting in mikrofinansovoy organizatsii «centre bystrykh creditov LLC by means of implementation of industry solution "1C-Rarus: Microfinance institution".
Project Tasks
Successful start of business of the company required the effective organization of workflows:
- provide transparency and reliability of the obtained data,
- control observance of all regulated procedures
- guarantee high efficiency in questions of issue of loans.
Project Progress
In permission of tasks specialists 1C-Rarus helped. They implemented in PPM industry solution "1C-Rarus: Microfinance institution".
In the program jobs of operators, accountants, collectors, administrators and security service specialists - 10 automated workplaces are created.
Project Results
For August 6, 2015 a system contains the complete database on clients of PPM, guaranteeing efficiency of an information access:
- helps to make out new loans,
- to quickly calculate payment schedules,
- conduct recalculation of diagrams if necessary,
- control payments, emergence of debt and charge of a penalty fee and penalties for violation of payment due dates,
- prepare the necessary reporting.
Staff of PPM had an opportunity is transparent to classify clients, to unmistakably estimate potential threats regarding a non-return of borrowed funds.
Elena Turysheva, the director of PPM, noted: "Using a new system we can not only quickly issue loans, but also create own base on loyal clients, preventing their demand. We analyze the history of work with each client. Ample opportunities for report generation allow us to conduct and to quickly update the register of agreements of loans, to analyze settlement and return of loans, to prepare reports on microfinancial activities and standard financial statements. All employees work in a single system where all information on the current activity is stored. It is important that I can work with data from any place in the world where there is an Internet connection. All this guarantees convenience and efficiency of our activity. A new system became a reliable basis for increase in scales of a company performance".
