Within activity of the Technology center RKIT in addition to automation of basic functions of the general office-work and control of execution of documents and instructions, a number of the application solutions reflecting specifics of work and corporate standards of the Rosneft oil and gas company is executed.

Among these solutions  the RKIT company creates unique developments:

• Organization of claim and claim work:  management of judicial and administrative cases, accounting and control of performance of agreements, time recording and load of legal advisers
• Service of normative ensuring business:  organization of a resource of regulating documents, support of a full stroke of work with the regulating documentation. Ensuring interrelation between local and all-corporate  regulating documents. These solutions are a component of the whole product line for the enterprises of the different industries irrespective of scale.
• For all divisions: the organization of local document flow taking into account specifics of each division. Work with organizational and administrative documentation, organization and holding meetings.
• For production divisions: organization of archive of technical documentation. Change management in technical documentation.
• For department of information technologies: organization of work with requests of users.

Distinctive feature of the listed specialized solutions is the ability to integrate them among themselves  and creation of an integrated automated control system by the enterprise.

October 28, 2015. The RKIT Group company started the first stage of works on development and deployment of an information system Right on the Docsvision platform for needs of legal departments of JSC Rosneft.

Project Progress

The specifics of work of legal services of JSC Rosneft require collecting and the analysis of considerable information volume, documents. Often performing procedures terms on affairs are strictly limited and are regulated not only agreements with partners, but also the legislation of the Russian Federation. The project provides implementation of the single system allowing to increase efficiency of the controlling and managerial mechanisms of legal departments on the basis of the developed RKIT Group of the application solution.

Among the main automated questions: management of claim and claim work, work with acts of state bodies, management of documents and knowledge, time-management tasks, performance management of employees. The application solution will allow to automate work of legal departments taking into account specifics of the industry and corporate regulations.

Result

Use of a system Right allows to obtain timely information on trials, critical for the company, to reduce risks of financial losses, to create the instrument of monitoring and distribution of loading of employees of legal service. A system results in uniformity of interaction between legal services of central office of management of the company and subsidiaries. For top managers a system guarantees receiving the complete and up-to-date information necessary for acceptance of right management decisions, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Development Plans

The second stage starts at the end of 2015 and will include works on system implementation in Central office of company management and also connection of pilot platforms in seven subsidiaries. The RKIT company has the status of the Center of industry competence Docsvision of the oil and gas industry that confirms special qualification in work with customers of the industry and existence of specialized industry solutions based on the Docsvision 5 platform in an exploration portfolio.
