The integration module for an electronic document management system the Diadoc (SKB Kontur developer) - is created for integration of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX with an electronic document management system of Kontur.Diadok.
On August 10, 2015 the NORBIT company announced creation of the module for exchange of accounting documents with partners from the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX - "The Integration Module for an Electronic Document Management System the Diadoc (SKB Kontur Developer)".
Specialists of accounting, financial service, heads of the enterprises using the module have an opportunity to send, receive and sign primary documents – accounts, acts, delivery notes, invoices – in the single interface of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system without duplication on paper, and, tm most to automate accounting work, significantly reducing costs for printing, paper and delivery of documents.
The integration module for an electronic document management system of Kontur.Diadok allows mass document handling and sending to their partners, facilitates and arranges work with the entering and outgoing documents. All documents are automatically distributed according to folders "entering" and "outgoing", at the same time all necessary attributes, including the electronic files received or sent to partners are appropriated to them. In case of counter checks it is possible to find and provide easily necessary documents on the selected client in local archive.
Using the software solution of NORBIT company process automation of electronic document management (e-document flow) is possible:
- sending product catalog,
- order placement,
- order confirmation,
- shipping notification and acceptance,
- sending and acceptance of delivery notes,
- processing of not formalized documents
- other.
The solution provides the high level of security at exchange of electronic documents between partners, their authentication using the certificate of the EDS. One of properties - a possibility of the signature of legally significant documents the certificate QES (the qualified electronic signature) directly from the ERP systems interface at the expense of what working time of specialists of the company is saved.

The module helps to save information on the performed operations, including date/time and the status of processing of these or those documents. All changes in interaction of the client and the supplier and also changes of the legislation of the Russian Federation are made to the integration module using settings without involvement of specialists.
As a result of implementation synchronization of lifecycle of documents is carried out to Kontur.Diadok and Microsoft Dynamics AX, all information is processed in a unified integrated environment that optimizes working time of employees due to elimination of duplication of information in two systems and opportunities of the group signature, package sending documents. Costs for mail transfers, services of the courier, storage in archive, printing and processing of paper documents are reduced.
Integration of the module about a Circuit.EDI processing of orders and deliveries in an ERP system extend. Due to use of unified integration environment and standard reference books of the accounting system the company will have no need for attraction of own resources for development or in acquisition of separate integration solutions at other suppliers. It allows to save the IT budget and to systematize process of exchange of documents with retail chain stores and suppliers.
