ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor for Server

ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor for Server is the add-on module for connection to any type of stream data and the automatic notification of technicians about emergence of certain conditions.

Use of GeoEvent Processor turns the operating GIS-application into the applications for decision making having up-to-date information and allowing to make timely decisions in short terms while there are changes.

The module GeoEvent Processor allows:

• Be connected to any sensor
  • GeoEvent Processor is delivered with the built-in connectors for the majority of the standard data sources arriving in real time including data from automobile GPS\GLONASS of trackers, mobile devices and even social networks.

• Carry out continuous processing and data filtering, arriving in real time
  • Thanks to simultaneous processing and filtering of a set of data streams, GeoEvent Processor it allows to detect and be focused on the most important events for workflow in the automatic mode. The sequence and type of data processing is configured by the user using the visual designer.

• Perform monitoring of assets, update operational cards, notify personnel
  • GeoEvent Processor solves problems of tracking of all types of the assets which are available in the organization. Assets can be as dynamic, changing the location, such as vehicles, airplanes or ships, and stationary – built in physical networks or infrastructure. When the location changes or the threshold value is reached, GeoEvent Processor can automatically send notifications to personnel, update a situation on the operational card and add entries in the database and also interact with other corporate systems.

GeoEvent Processor helps to integrate the data streams arriving in real time with available GIS data, with corporate databases and applications using the ArcGIS platform. Including GeoEvent Processor helps:

• update data of services of the objects placed on ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS for Server that they reflected up-to-date information about the taking place events.
• display location of an object and its status on the card, using any ArcGIS-viewer, for example, of Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS.
• combine data from different sources, including attaching attributive fields from services of objects.
• use the existing space objects as triggers for notifications. It is possible to edit objects triggers, without interrupting processing and event filtering.
• filter data streams, using space and/or attributive conditions for display of the most important events.
• store history of events, using services of objects.

For developers there is GeoEvent Processor Software Development Kit (SDK) using which it is possible to create new connectors and event handlers.

GeoEvent Processor is the add-on module for ArcGIS for Server of two classes of functionality: Standard and Advanced.
