Kagazy Recycling transferred a corporate mail system to "cloud"

On August 10, 2015 the Softline company announced project completion on transfer in "cloud" of mail resources of Kagazy Recycling Softline company^[1].

Project Tasks

One of the main business tools of the company - corporate mail. The used local version of a mail system on the Microsoft Exchange platform in process of growth and business development ceased to conform to requirements of the customer and IT specialists of the company decided to upgrade it. As options local and cloud mail solutions were considered.

On production Kagazy Recycling, 2014

The partner in the project the customer selected Softline company.

Having studied requirements of production company, specialists of Softline suggested to pass to use of the Microsoft Exchange platform in "cloud" of Softline. Such approach provides all functional needs of the customer to a mail system, and use of the solution allows to reduce capital costs of IT.

Project Progress

During the project experts of the contractor prepared infrastructure, provided to the customer a set of licenses of Microsoft for the organization of service, carried out migration of mail archives of head office Kagazy Recycling.

Project Results

The customer received a mail system in "cloud", support and administration from Softline company. It allowed to optimize staff of IT specialists of Kagazy Recycling. The agreement of SLA provided guarantees of trouble-free operation of a mail service.

"The project was implemented within the Russia Microsoft Cloud OS Network (COSN) program which participant is Softline. Partnership allowed a team of engineers of Softline to use global examination of vendor and with its help to construct the solution conforming to standards of Microsoft, but which at the same time is most customized", - Denis Sapronov, the manager on sale of decisions of department of cloud computing of Softline company told.

"The cloud mail solution implemented by specialists of Softline gave us an opportunity to ensure smooth operation of necessary services, to organize access to them from any computer device, to increase the level of corporate interaction, - Evgeny Kuzmenko, the head of IT department of Kagazy Recycling company told. – And interaction of Softline company with engineers of Microsoft within the COSN program allowed to increase the speed of start of services that for us as for the client was one of key indicators of success of the project".
