The Ministry of Economic Development completed upgrade of the portal of state biddings

On August 10, 2015 the AT Consulting company announced completion of upgrade of the public portal of the state biddings of torgi.gov.ru by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Project Tasks

AT Consulting received a task - to improve and develop functionality of the portal.

The official site - a uniform information warehouse of all types of property biddings with a single system of search. Its feature in compliance of set of regulatory legal acts to each type of biddings. Proceeding from it settings of the website are customized depending on the section.

Project Progress

During implementation of sections:

• the scheme of visualization of actions of authorized users is finished,
• input of the location of the exposed lots;
• the information access about an agreement type, necessary to the conclusion based on an auction is configured.

The project is implemented using three-unit architecture on the basis of the Oracle database, the Oracle Weblogic application server and Java Enteprise Edition technologies, the web browser as the client.

Project Results

AT Consulting expanded functionality of the portal. Sections are available to users:

• "Placement of the advertizing structures",
• "Licenses for communication services provision",
• "Sale of power generation facilities".
