Was born on February 7, 1977 in Kopeysk of Chelyabinsk region.

On this post he supervised in the ministry strategic development departments and innovations, social development, a small and medium entrepreneurship and the competition, development of sectors of economy and also legal department.

According to Oleg Fomichev, he will join a command of the Renova group as the director of strategic development.^[1]

For February, 2019 Oleg Fomichev is the head of the working group "Digital Public Administration" at ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika, the director of strategic planning and development of Renova-Holding Rus LLC.

In November, 2020 Oleg Fomichev left a post of the head of the working group "Digital Public Administration" at ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika, having remained at the same time its participant.
