"The Euro-Asian service of sales promotion" created infrastructure for virtualization of jobs

On August 11, 2015 the Softline company declared project completion on creation of infrastructure of virtual work places on the Citrix XenDesktop platform by request of Euro-Asian service of sales promotion^[1].

Project Tasks

The "Euro-Asian Service of Sales Promotion" agency operates on the territory of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Divisions of the company are open in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk and Kiev. Dozens of employees of the organization work in the mode of the distributed office: including 7 accountants keep financial accounting, send payment orders, request and receive account statements, work in the system of Client-Bank.

The company management made the decision to simplify access far off to the working employees to corporate applications to increase performance and efficiency of business processes. The partner of the project selected Softline company.

Project Progress

For solving of tasks of the customer the Softline company suggested to use Citrix XenDesktop. This virtualization platform provides remote access to corporate applications and desktops from any device. At the same time security of information which is stored on a centralized basis is guaranteed.

Specialists of the contractor unrolled a system and prepared virtual desktops for accountant officers with necessary business applications. All data for work of remote workers were transferred to a cloud environment.

Project Results

"Implementation of connection of USB keys of users for authentication on Internet channels with small capacity was feature of the project. It allowed employees to get quickly access to all business applications, necessary for work, reliably protected data, increased personnel labor productivity", – Evgeny Milov, the manager on sale of solutions of Softline noted.
