"Resorts of the North Caucasus" found the concept of security and anti-terrorist protection

On July 29, 2015 the Asteros group announced development of conceptual solutions for security and anti-terrorist protection of the all-weather tourist and recreational Mamison complex by request of JSC Kurorty Severnogo Kavkaza.

Project Results

The concept considers natural, technological, terrorist and environmental risks, and implementation of the solutions provided in it will allow to minimize the probability of emergence of incidents in all territory of the resort, a component more than 84 thousand hectares. Development of the resort of "Mamison" conducts JSC Kurorty Severnogo Kavkaza, the project manager of a tourist cluster in the North Caucasian Federal District, Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea.

Within the strategy of development for a tourist cluster till 2025 the beginning of construction of VTRK "Mamison" is carried for later period, however questions of security of the resort which, according to the experts, will be compared to the best European recreation areas — the Swiss Tsermatt or the French Avoriaz, decide already at a stage of preproject study.

Engineers of the Asteros group carried out the analysis of territorial, landscape, natural, climatic and other features of a zone of design, investigated more than 50 different regulations of the Russian and international regulators in the field of complex security. As a result the command of integrator formulated the concept of security and anti-terrorist protection of a tourist and recreational complex.

In its basis — two centers of situational monitoring where taking into account the data arriving from the territory of the resort on the basis of the scenarios provided in advance specialists of services of reaction make decisions on all arising incidents. The safety management process from the moment of receipt of information on emergency before formation of the archive report on results of reaction will be controlled by specialized decision making support system. The efficiency of the reacting structures will be significantly increased due to application of a system of situational modeling which if necessary will submit the forecast of development of an incident visualized in a geographic information system.
