OJSC "Resorts of the North Caucasus" (OJSC "KSK") was established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2010 No. 833 "On the creation of a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District, Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea" to manage special economic zones of tourist and recreational type in the South of Russia.
History
2018: Inclusion in the list of inefficient SEZs
On October 22, 2018, it became known that according to the results of the audit of the Accounts Chamber, Innopolis, along with other SEZs, including the SEZ of the tourist cluster under the management of the Resorts of the North Caucasus JSC, was included in the list of ineffective special economic zones. 2015: Assets
As of August 11, 2015, the tourism cluster project under the management of KSK OJSC includes all-season tourist and recreational complexes:
- Armkhi (Jeyrakhsky district of the Republic of Ingushetia);
- Arkhyz (Zelenchuk and Urup districts of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic);
- Veduchi (Itum-Kalinsky district of the Chechen Republic);
- Caspian coastal cluster (Derbent, Karabudakhkent, Kayakent and Magaramkent regions of the Republic of Dagestan);
- Lagonaki (Absheron district of Krasnodar Territory and Maykop district of the Republic of Adygea);
- Mamison (Alagir and Iraf regions of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania);
- Matlas (Khunzakh district of the Republic of Dagestan);
- Balneological resorts of the Stavropol Territory (the resort city of Essentuki, the resort city of Zheleznovodsk, the resort city of Kislovodsk, the city of Lermontov, the resort city of Pyatigorsk, Mineralovodsky and Foothill municipal districts of the Stavropol Territory);
- Tsori (Jeyrakhsky and Sunzhensky districts of the Republic of Ingushetia);
- Elbrus-Bezengi (Chereksky, Chegemsky, Zolsky and Elbrus districts of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic).
