2009: Beginning of SAP implementation of ERP HCM

The project on implementation of the uniform information automated control system for personnel (IACSP) based on SAP ERP of HCM started in Rosatom in 2009 and is one of the largest in Russia. System implementation began with central office of Rosatom with the planned deadlines specified 2013.

A system on personnel management should allow to automate the key HR processes aimed at the development of personnel potential, will give to services of personnel the chance to manage expenses, to optimize payment types, to increase efficiency and a servisnost of basic processes.

"Staff expenses in the industry make 38% of revenue and constantly grow. At the same time we have no reliable source of information on level and structure of these expenses and also instruments of their effective planning. SAP implementation of HCM will solve these problems, will give to heads the reliable management tool, and transfer of transaction processes to the general service center will save services of personnel from routine transactions", - later, in 2013, noted in Rosatom.

2014: Replication of a system

In 2014 the project of replication of a personnel management system based on SAP HCM was implemented on the Balakovo NPP, in "SHK" and 10 organizations entering a guidance loop of Science and Innovations company with the total number of staff of 19 thousand human. A system implementation methodology at this stage afterwards it was used in larger project of replication of a system at the enterprises with the total number of personnel of 23 thousand human.

2015: Record replication of SAP HCM

In August, 2015 in the corporate edition "yasno" "Rosatom" announced start of the project on replication of a personnel management system at the record number of the enterprises - 16 - with different orientation of business. It both NPP, and organizations of a division of a final stage of lifecycle, and enterprise of mining, machine-building, fuel divisions and also Atomproyekt. A total quantity of staff of the enterprises covered by a system — 23 thousand human.

During the project at the enterprises such processes as management of an organization structure and staff lists, personnel and time keeping, accounting of information on personnel, payroll and performance management of personnel will be unified.

The state corporation expects that as a result the speed and transparency of these processes and accuracy of the data on them will increase. Also system implementation should provide a possibility of transfer to service to the general service center "Greenatom" of control functions by personnel and accounting and tax accounting.

Transfer of a system to commercial operation is planned for January, 2016. For increase in controllability of all 16 organizations are separated into two groups: the first included the NPPs, the second — other enterprises. That the start of replication on them took place most smoothly, informing seminars were held previously and the project team, according to the corporate edition of Rosatom is created.
