Mazyr Refinery implemented the system of distance learning of employees

On August 18, 2015 it became known of the project of training of staff of JSC Mazyr Refinery using the cloud SAP Learning Hub online platform. The partner in the project SAP CIS company.

Project Tasks

For August 18, 2015 the plant works on improvement of a management system are conducted:

• expansion of functionality of the module TORO (maintenance and repair of the equipment);

• creation of archive of technical and operational documentation on the SAP Extended ECM by OpenText platform;

• integration of workflow systems of the plant and interdepartmental document flow (SMDO) of Republic of Belarus on the SAP Extended ECM by OpenText platforms;

• creation of a corporate system of the reporting on the basis of the software of SAP BusinessObjects;

• creation of a system of preparation of training materials and carrying out distance learning of users of information infrastructure of the plant on the platform of the software SAP Workforce Performance Builder;

• the project of address storage of inventory items within SAP ERP.

In 2015 works on creation of a system of centralized operation as the normative reference information of JSC Mazyr Refinery on the basis of SAP Master Data Governance began.

The growing number of projects of SAP and high production loading of employees set for plant's management the new task — to increase the level of examination of a command of support in the shortest possible time without "a separation from production". For the solution of this task, the cloud platform of SAP Learning Hub was selected.

Project Results

For August 18, 2015 20 consultants and developers of the plant have access to more than 4000 standard materials of trainings and electronic rates covering all functional SAP solutions. Besides, at the guide of the customer it was aimed - to reduce time for adaptation of the software to the changes made to regulatory legal acts of Republic of Belarus. One of such projects on which experts of the plant by means of the SAP Learning Hub platform in 2015 worked there was a modification of functionality of the module FI of the SAP ERP system:

• adaptation of the software for carrying out revaluation of fixed assets on the basis of changes in the legislation of Republic of Belarus and JSC Mazyr Refinery;

• adaptation of the software for carrying out revaluation of the equipment of the requiring installation on the basis of changes in the legislation of Republic of Belarus and JSC Mazyr Refinery;

• adaptation of a system of the plant of accounting of proceeds from sales of products, works and services and also order of reflection of exchange differences taking into account requirements of the National accounting standard, the Law on accounting and the reporting.
