History

NPO Stolichnaya raschetnaya palata LLC is non-bank credit organization, it is registered in Moscow. The main activity — service of legal entities. The main source of funding - own means (capital)^[1].

The NPO is registered in August, 2002 under the name of NPO Vologda-credit LLC.

In July, 2011 FFMS cancelled the license of the professional participant of security market for broker, dealer, depository activity and the securities management.

At the beginning of December, 2014 the NPO received the existing name. The capital Clearing House is not a participant of deposit insurance system of individuals.

The head office of non-bank credit organization is located in Moscow. The Production Sharing Agreement does not locate branches, additional offices or representations. Average number of staff as of January 1, 2014 - 8 people (according to the reporting under IFRS).

The services provided to legal entities:

• settlement and cash services,
• collection of money, bills of exchange, payment and settlement documents,
• purchase and sale of foreign currency in a non-cash form.

As of May 1, 2015 the official reporting of the organization is unavailable. The NPO has no own website that complicates the full analysis of activity of the company.

For January 1, 2014 assets of NPO - 95 million rubles. For financing of active transactions the credit institution uses equity which amount for January 1, 2014 was 91.3 million rubles and occupies a share in 96.2% of all liabilities.
