Biography

Born May 22, 1962.

In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in metallophysics. After graduation, he worked in various institutes engaged in special metallurgy and rocket engineering. He studied the automation of experiments in the field of testing new aviation and space technology. In the system of the Academy of Sciences, he worked on the creation of computer models of the behavior of composite materials.

In the IT press from 1996. Until 1998, he worked in the Computer magazine of Computerra.

Since 1998, he was an employee of the expert analytical center of SK Press. In 2001-2004, he held the position of columnist and leading columnist in the magazine Intelligent Enterprise, and since 2004 - deputy editor-in-chief of the publication. In 2010, he was appointed editor-in-chief of Intelligent Enterprise. Konstantin Zimin, who previously held the position of editor-in-chief, moved to the post of observer.

In March 2015, Kamill Akhmetov was appointed editor-in-chief of Intelligent Enterprise/Corporate Systems. Sergei Kostyakov, who previously held the position of editor-in-chief of Intelligent Enterprise, moved to the post of leading expert of Intelligent Enterprise and PC Week/RE. In the summer of 2017, it became known that the Intelligent Enterprise publication was closed.
