Sigma Telecom created archive of the work documentation

On August 31, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of electronic archive Etla in company "Sigma Telecom"^[1].

Project Tasks

At the beginning of 2015 before Sigma Telecom LLC sharply there was a question of creation of uniform archive of the work documentation. Constantly growing number of the entering documentation and harder and harder process of document retrieval became the reason for that.

For optimization of work with documents the company management made the decision to automate process of storage and access to all documents by means of creation of the adapted electronic archive. Main kriteriyaiya of the choice of a system:

• high performance,
• fast deployment of a system in the territory of the customer,
• ease of use and training.

The company management stopped the choice on the Etla system.

Project Progress

For several days the customer's specialists independently unrolled a system and began to create archive.

Using the built-in editors and designers created rules of automatic numbering of the arriving documents, their automatic naming and placement. Created necessary cards of documents for each registered type, reference books and document templates. At the last stage created structure of archive with distribution of access rights of users to different parts of archive, imported the existing electronic documents.

For quick entry in the system of paper documents used the module of line scanning of documents which considerably increased document registration speed in a system.

Project Results

Transition to electronic archive increased reliability and efficiency of activity by means of quick access to any information of the company.
