1C-Rarus helped to control Bullfinches of Media finance and personnel problems

"1C-Rarus" automated financial and personnel records in the Bullfinches of Media agency. The project is executed based on programs "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". As a result of their implementation activity of the automated services improved and the quality of work of personnel increased.

Snegiri Media LLC ‒ this creative agency rendering a range of services on promotion and brand development on the Internet. Helped automate accounting of accounting transactions and payroll according to standards of the Russian legislation 1C-Rarus.

The selected 1C: Accounting 8 program allowed to reduce time for accomplishment of routine tasks and to increase quality of accounting of finance. Influence of a human factor decreased. The management is provided with operational and reliable information about the existing financial position of the company.

In addition to the accounting program the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" for automation of personnel records and payroll is selected. The functionality of a system allowed to carry out all settlings with personnel in the automatic mode, to create different reports for any settlement period including in the state regulatory authorities. In addition, in the program a number of tools which are used in work by HR managers is implemented. These are tools on workforce recruiting, the adoption of changes of the personnel plan, vacation planning of workers and management of their competences and motivation.
