The agroholding "Kuban", entering into diversified industrial group "Basic Element", completed transition to administrative and corporate electronic document management, automated key business processes — purchase management and sales, object management and another. The project is implemented based on drawing ECM- the solution IRM portalDoc together with his developer — group "Systems and Projects" and also with the assistance of consulting group "Borlas".
Prior to implementation the structural divisions of agroholding which are in different areas of Krasnodar Krai performed own paper document management that complicated centralized operation in the company. A system connected all structures of Kuban regarding documentary management, having provided a common information space for solving of tasks and processes. Work on implementation lasted from February, 2014 to August, 2015.
For 1.5 years 180 business processes were configured. Among them — management of meetings and protocols, corporate documents, purchase management and sales, management of investment projects and a real estate. The solution also supports electronic archive and the register of control objects which functions in a binding to GIS component. A system is created based on SOA architecture in the form of an informational portal and has web access. For synchronization of data on partners and agreements integration with a corporate system of accounting of 1C is implemented. Tuning for data domain of qualifiers and reference books — on partners, agreements, control objects, etc. is performed.
The information system of agroholding is unrolled based on own development of the Systems and Projects group — IRM portalDoc, the solution of the class ECM (Enterprise Content Management). Difference of functionality of ECM systems from normal electronic document management — an opportunity to work not only with documents which are only a small part of corporate content today, but also with any other types of data: the e-mail messages, graphics images, photos, audio-and video files, web pages, file systems digitized by materials. In addition to tools for collecting, management, accumulation, storage and delivery of information, a system has means of stream loading of content, management of the websites, access rights, safe corporate search. Possibilities of differentiation of access rights to data allow ECM solutions to conform to important security requirements uses of content containing the personal or commercial information noted in the company.
