2017: Project Results

The ProgramBank company in December, 2017 announced project completion on transition of Tolyattikhimbank to the platform ProgramBank.core banking system.

In 2015 Tolyattikhimbank made the natural decision on replacement of the IT platform. After the careful analysis the bank stopped on the solution ProgramBank.core banking system. The flexibility and customer-oriented approach of ProgramBank company were one of factors of the choice.

Transition to the industrial platform was difficult case both for vendor, and for the client. The bank set the task to transfer to the core banking system the majority of data, since foundation of bank in 1993. At the same time data should have been transferred from two different core banking systems of bank: current and previous. ProgramBank transferred all data to a uniform format, cleaned them and integrated. Some objects, for example, repayment schedules of payments, were specially designed. In addition, tens of products and reports on all activities of bank were configured.

Then, when realized that the problem of data transfer is more extensive and more difficult, than earlier it was supposed, we were convinced that we correctly selected the supplier — the director of corporate development and personnel Andrey Drobotov said. — At ProgramBank installation "was not paid for it, for it it is not paid, it is not written to terms of reference". All project participants had a uniform task — to pass, receive result.

At implementation the ProgramBank company used Agile-implementations technology. It was succeeded to solve the problem set by bank completely, having transferred practically all required data.

2015: Start of the project
